Tomorrow never seemed so far away.
The rocks get heavier in my chest
when I realize that I have more hours,
upon more hours
upon more hours to wait.

Yet I try not to look at the clock
for it will tell me that I still have too much time
ahead of me in this wait.


And so I wait.

For a few more hours.

Just a few more.

I can get through it.


The prize at the end is worth it.
This will most definitely be worth the wait.

Just a few more hours...

In the end will be the best.


Never have hours felt like days...
